This workshop is organized with different complementary techniques to achieve maximum results in 10 days, assuming that participants follow the instructions and make the effort to practice continuously.
The retreat starts with "Anapana" which consist in developing the concentration of the mind focusing on the breath for the first 3 days in order to get ready to start vipassana meditation. A first purification process begins here, specially at the second day.
On the 4th day, participants start practicing vipassana meditation until the 9th day. During this process, the instructor will coach every participant to ensure that they can balance their meditation and have a faster learning experience. There are aprox. 11 hours of sitting meditation combined with around 2-3 hours of walking meditation, organized trough the day. Another purification process continues here, special on the 6th day.
On the 9th day, participants start practing Spiritual Heart meditation (Metta) and learn how to enter into a non duality state while meditating. A final purification stage of the retreat happens here.
